Giftaroo.net wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow the instructions below for a hassle free return.
Return Policy: Contact us within 21 days of receipt of your order for a return authorization number. Ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of when we issue the return authorization. A refund in the original form of payment will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. Refunds for gift orders will be issued in the form of a Gift Certificate. Gift wrapping costs are not refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable (items sold with free shipping will be assessed a shipping charge). Before returning an item you must call and obtain a return authorization. All products must be in their original selling condition with all original tags attached. Returns without an authorization number, or after the time frame presented above will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. There will be no refund for merchandise that show any signs of use. Merchandise returned past 150 days will not be refunded.
If your package cannot be delivered through no fault of Giftaroo.net, your shipping charges will not be refunded, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping fees. This means if the package is refused, shipped to an invalid address, or you cannot arrange with UPS (or other carrier if applicable) to take delivery of your package, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all applicable return shipping fees. If your package goes missing because you provided an incorrect shipping address, we will be unable to refund you for the order.
Exception: Clearance merchandise, items purchased in quantities of 10 or more, or purchased at wholesale prices cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Special orders may be returned but a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted.
We understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays. Items shipped between November 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007 may be returned until January 31, 2007 for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions listed above.
Return Instructions:
1. Contact us at 1-866-456-GIFT, 1-888-530-GIFT (4438) or cs@Giftaroo.net for a Return Authorization Number. We will usually respond to your request within 1 working day.
2. Pack the product in its original packaging material along with a copy of your invoice (or packing slip), reason for return and return authorization number. Ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of when we issue the return authorization. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdelivered return shipments. Delivery confirmation and insurance is recommended.
